Welcome

All object are vintage, so preowned, some have survived the test of time more than others. I think that even damaged objects have a beauty to them, for example, the enamelware to me has an extra appeal when it is chipped.

Some of the items I sell are not 100% perfect, but I do try to point out the defects in the description.

Payments

I accept payment via Pay Pal or Etsy Payment.

I also accept bank transfers and cheques in Euros or Sterling.

I require payment within 7 days of purchase.

I operate a Layaway scheme, although I require a 30% deposit and this is not refundable. Contact me to arrange payments

Shipping

I use recycled cardboard packaging ( but in perfect condition) and new bubble wrap, for fragile items I line the box with polystyrene.

I ship items using "la Poste"s cheapest international postal rates, but this does not include tracking or insurance ( to keep the cost down as postage in France is reasonably expensive)

I only charge 1 $ over the French postal cost, this is to cover materials and time.

Tracking and insurance is an optional extra costing 3.80$ available during checkout.

International postal delivery can take from 5 days to 3 weeks, at certain times of the year maybe longer ( ie Christmas period and French summer holidays)

I cannot be held responsible for items not arriving for a deadline.

I am not responsible for extra taxes or duty upheld in certain countries.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery

    Returns and exchange details

    If you are not satisfied with an item, I accept returns and will refund the purchase. I must be contacted within 15 days of reception of the delivery.

    Please fill in the Cancellation form http://extfiles.etsy.com/cancellation-forms/EUCancellationFormEN.pdf and return it to me via my Etsy Shop.

    I will refund via Paypal or Etsy Payment after I have received the item, return postage costs are the buyer responsibly.

    I can not be held responsible for damage incurred during shipping if you have not taken insurance, but the percentage of damaged items during shipping is very low ( to date I have only had 1 damaged delivery partly due to my packaging which I have totally reviewed since this incident)

    If you do receive a damaged item and have not purchased insurance contact me and I will try to compensate you with a discount on your next purchase ( this is how confident I am about my packing)

    I am not responsible for non delivery of uninsured items.

    I do not issue refunds for damage or losses during shipping unless the customer has taken insurance.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Combined Shipping

    Combined shipping is available on most items for a multiple order. I refund the excess shipping costs after the parcel has been made up, or contact me for a quote and if you are happy with the combined shipping costs I will amend the listing.
